My Mexican Casserole
I just took this out of the oven this morning - All ready for dinner tonight when hubby comes home from work.
Grease your dish - Add a little of this and a little of that; whatever your definition of Mexican is - Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 min. and you have Mexican Casserole.
