Panini Mania

In a visit to my daughter's recently, her hubby made us Panini sandwiches for lunch.  My hubby and I enjoyed them so much that I decided to look into getting a machine too as long as I didn't have to pay too much for one (I have SO many kitchen gadgets as it is - some are going to have to go).
