I Reached My Long Hair Goal

Three years ago this Spring I decided to see if I could grow my hair to 36" (a whole yard of hair!) before my 60th birthday July 2013.

Well, I measured my hair today, and I've already reached that goal a month early.  I've noticed that it has been more of a pain to wash especially with my bad lower back. 

So, what did I do?  I promptly cut about an inch off - Still trying to thicken up the hem.  I have no fairytale ends, a straight hem, just not as thick as I want, as I'd like.

Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever get there...I'm making progress - just not as fast as I'd like.  One of these days I want to curl it and take a pic of the back - One of these days maybe I'll get that done, but please don't hold your breath.
